1.3 vehicles ground damage

There seems to be a lot more ground damage for all vehicles in 1.3. Especially in lighter vehicles such as jeeps and light scouts or light APCs. While driving at normal speeds, you will usually experience so much ground damage your vehicle starts smoking without taking hits from 1-5 minutes of driving. If you drive fast, your vehicle will eventually blow up. This is a really bad thing for gameplay as you have to repair all light vehicles a lot even without taking enemy contact.
