v1.3 Spastic Taliban Std. spotter

When in BUIS with the Taliban standard spotter kit and you aim down the sights you see one finger of the left hand moving constantly.

Happened on OD-S server, map: Kokan, skirmish. I have no video proof, sorry for that.
