I've noticed that this map will not load in these two cases:
Vista 32bit with 3GB RAM
7 32bit with 4GB RAM
Both computers can run and load every other map, the lower computer has since enlarged his pagefile to see if that's better but I haven't seen him since. I must try the same on the above one. It seems the map now runs out of memory in 32 bit systems.
I don't know if the deployment are affected or not.
Also at North bunkers when the flag is under US control a BRDM spawns instead of a Humvee but not all the time.
