v1.4 Unable to add process job?

Not sure if this is of any relevance, but I get the very same log entries as everyone reported here:

However, the first log entry (above the other two mentioned above) is:

Warning: Unable to add process job



Just in case this is of any help/significance. What is this error anyway?
