Sorry I do not have more specifics.
One round, during the round, the spawn dot went red. Myself and another player tried moving vehicles around in main to get the spawn dot white again. No success while I tried.
FOBs were spawnable. Central village flag was grey (15 minutes or more) and where the battle was centered during this time.
Not sure how it resolved.
There were a couple logis driving around and spawned/parked: trans trucks, trans helos, a tank, maybe more.
