The first time I open PR after I turn my computer on the PR launcher will cause my computer to lockup for 10-20 seconds after I press "log in". Afterwards my screen will turn black and I will recieve this popup. After I have closed it I can carry on logging in and start the game.

This doesn't cause my computer to crash or prevents me from playing the game, although it is annoying and obviously a bug. This only happens the first time I start PR after a restart/shutdown.
