Not Hearing Mumble

This can be deleted I posted in the wrong section.

There seems to be some problem with mumble for me.

On my system I can hear through my headset, and hear myself from my mic in the set up under sound in the control panel.

But I have not been able to hear anything from mumble all night, other people seem to be talking on it just fine.

When I go through the Mumble Audio Tuning Wizard, none of the sliders move at all, and the voice sample at the beginning never starts.
