Launcher Error When doing Manual Update

I have done an old way to update my PR back when there's a technical problem in 1.4.2. Doing the "Save Update Files" and installing the update without downloading again. I've copied the client patch data to my Local Disk and copying it again when i need to do a Fresh Installation Updates.

There's always somekind of Error 75 when installing each updates, but it's still fine back then, cus' it'll be continued after i opened the launcher and it'll update until the progress finished, with some "temporary halt" in random updates, of course.

But now, after latest update, After Error 75 happened, and the launcher is closed, I can't open the launcher because of Error 59, It says like the version of updates is different with the Launcher (Launcher 1.4.16).

I'm doing a fresh install cus' I did an OS Reinstallation last Monday.

Do i had to redownload all Updates or there's a solution on it?

I lived in a developing country who's internet speed is usually 24 Mbps, and i'm connected at Public (Paid) Wifi Corner that speed decreased to half because of the large amount of visitors. And the Update speed of PR only peaked around 200 KBps to 300 Kbps, usually 90 KBps. It's frustating to download all of them in one night. :cry:
