Thread Title: Unable to accept the area attack
Description: When some of the players from the field request the area attack, their request gets denied each time, despite that I, as a commander, click on accept. I uploaded the video where it can be clearly seen that I clicked on accept, but it got denied, like hundreds of times before. It looks as a bug to me, but I don't know, perhaps I am doing something wrong...
Steps to Reproduce:
open map- ask someone to call for area attack - try clicking on accept button

Tested On:
Operation Marlin, but it also happened on many other maps.
