v1.0 Leclerc bugs

1) Exiting the vehicle is a gamble, you can get stuck in the turret and instantly die, float in the air without the ability to escape, or get teleported back to main. Exiting the vehicle and dying seems to happen to the driver, and the latter glitches only to gunners.

2) The turret, about half the time refuses to warm up and become mobile. The other half it works nicely.

3) smoke doesnt work
