[0.981] Unsinkable Sampans

In PR:V the sampans cannot be sunk unless rammed. First noticed it playing Charlies Point on CIA but I wasn,t sure that I was actually hitting the sampan, so I tested it in local on Charlies Point. On both maps I found that even if you fired all the rounds on the front .50cals on the PBR at the sampan it would never sink, even fired several HAT rounds at it. I discover the second part on accident when I got bored and decided to ram a sampan at which point it sank.

Steps to reproduce:
1. play Charlies Point
2. use PRB or anything really to shoot the sampan
3. ram sampan and it will sink nothing else seems to work
