I don't know if this was reported yet. But since this bug occured alot of times to me on this map I think it is probably already a known bug.
Alot of places on the map make it almost impossible to build stuff. Any deployable assets receive some kind of bleeding. If you shovel alone the bleed is stronger than your building, meaning you can shovel for hours without anything happening. Only with 3 or more shovels you can counter the bleed and finish the FOB. After finishing it, it does not get hurt anymore and stays stable for some reason.
H7 kp4 in the narrow alley, with the T-Shape at the northern end is the most common place for this bug. But I also experienced it on other locations which I do not remember anymore.
I had the same bug on another map aswell but cannot remember on which. But on Burning Sands it happened most of the time.
