Rcon on practice server

I'm with the F|H community and we have run into a problem on our practice servers with rcon commands not working. I checked our server file and the C[prdebug] is set to 1 as said in this forum: http://www.realitymod.com/forum/f189...-commands.html

We figure its something to do with the resent update. Anyone else having this problem?
