v1.1 Vehicle Warfare

I just played a Round Vehicle Warfare on the map Black Gold but it showed some issues
But aside the fact that we had not enough tanks for all players (since the tanks were single-operated and it was a 100ppl server)

Hope you can fix that. Because, it was pretty funny, except the lack of Armor.
