Have this prob since 1.0...it seems like the hitboxes (or collision meshes) move slower than the player model, means you clearly miss but the nme goes down works vice versa too, enemy stops you shoot him, see blood but he survives. Happened the most with the sniper rifle but maybe you recognize it better with the zoom. PR never had this problem until 1.0 but it already annoyed the crap out of me in FH2.
