0 tickets in Local Games

Up to a couple of days ago, I could create a local game (not coop) and spawn in and play fine, but now when I do it, I can't spawn because the game starts with 0 tickets and I get the wounded screen.
I've tried on multiple maps and it was the same on all of them (Muttrah, Khamissiyah, Kashan, Jabal).
